Contradicting Myself? To Quick-Fix Or Not To Quick-Fix?

I just got a private comment about how odd it is that I blogged a nice relaxation “quick-fix” and the very next day in the very next post I go on to “show long-term strategies and go on to bash quick-fixes”.

Let me get this straight. Both kinds of advice got their place.

When you are really stressed right now and are boiling under your skin, then you probably won’t be ready to access your mind calmly and assess for yourself what went wrong.

You are still in fight or flight mode and your biology won’t let you get a straight thought because it still percieves danger. That’s where the calming and the before mentioned sauna comes in.

But then you have not learned anything and the next time when this situation arises, you will go through the same. The only thing to avoid this is to learn your lessons and graduate above letting the situation bother you, so to speak.

First we treat the symptoms, then the root causes.

If you have further questions, feel free to contact me.

A Small Teaser

What is “Wellness” anyway? I have not yet figured out what that interesting trend-word really expresses.

Nowadays I can buy wellness shoes, eat wellness cereals, or have wellness vacations. I think I would prefer the latter. Isn’t that what vacations are all about? Getting well and relaxed from your daily job?

Being relaxed at work does not necessarily come with unproductivity. I see many people believing that. “Let’s hurry, let’s get it done!” is what is going around many peoples head when at work. Well, the only thing that gets done in the long run in that case is a serious heart attack.

Of course, even more have an attitude of always looking for the way of least resistance, getting the day over with. If that’s the case, you probably don’t need a relaxation blog, but a motivation seminar.

What if you could be “chill” during the day and still get to be highly productive? What if you could “have your cake and eat it too”?

Great, now that I’ve got you interested I’m going to tell you:

Stay tuned!

That’s nothing I’m going to explain in just one post, it’s a pretty wide topic.

Everything has a beginning

Home-Image of Real Relaxation.net

Hello and welcome everyone to my new online-blog. I’m Konstantin Koss and this is my attempt of bringing my stress-consultation online to help more people more efficiently.

First of all, chill out! Whatever you have on your mind right now, it doesn’t matter at all. No, not even this site

How’s that for a strange, unique introduction? I mean it, the core of everything I’m teaching to people is to take nothing too seriously. That includes all attempts, techniques and whatever to get relaxed in the first place.

That’s RealRelaxation.net

Here you will find the latest news and instructional information about Wellness, Massage Therapy, Saunas, Yoga, Meditation, Lovemaking and Sensuality Tips (hey, is there anything more stress-releasing?), Stress Management and just how to stay centered in a chaotic world.

Have fun reading, and please be easy on me since I’m no native english speaker. I promise to do my best.

Sincerely,

Konstantin Koss
